1. DESCRIPTION OF GIVEAWAY:
The 90 Days of FREE Groceries Giveaway (the “Giveaway) is a random in-store promotion in which ninety (90) winners will receive “FREE Groceries” (awarded in gift cards) valued at $500 each at any Stater Bros. Markets location.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on May 25, 2026, in Pacific Time (PT) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 22, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”) above. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal U.S. residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Stater Bros. Markets (“the Sponsor”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to Giveaway contestants who are in violation of this provision.
4. PRIZES:
Ninety (90) “90 Days of FREE Groceries Giveaway” prize (awarded as gift cards) valued at $500 each.
Limit one (1) gift card prize per person per household. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed in cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All costs, applicable taxes, and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use, not specifically provided herein, are the responsibility of the winners. Winners will not receive compensation from the Sponsor for gift cards the winners are unable to use for any reason.
This Giveaway Total ARV is $45,000.
5. HOW TO ENTER:
IN-PERSON: Visit any Stater Bros. Markets location during the Giveaway Period (May 25, 2026 – August 22, 2026). 6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER / ODDS:
The Giveaway will run from May 25, 2026, through August 22, 2026, for a total of ninety (90) prize winners. Stater Bros. Markets Integrated Marketing will give away one (1) gift card prize to a Stater Bros. Markets location per day during the Giveaway Period through random selection. Not all store locations will participate each day
Drawings will occur at Stater Bros. Markets Store Support Campus to select a Stater Bros. Markets location in the morning of each day during the Giveaway Period:

Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release immediately at the time prize is offered. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner if time permits.
7. PUBLICITY:
By accepting the prize gift card, prizewinners grant Sponsor the irrevocable right and permission to use their name and any submissions provided as part of the entry process (the “Submission”) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes, without further permission, notice, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY POLICY:
Any personally identifiable information collected from entrants during participation in the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.staterbros.com/privacy-policy.
9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants and prizewinners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal.
Sponsor may amend or modify the Official Rules at any time to clarify the rules or correct any errors or typos. All federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Giveaway any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of entrants or require potential prizewinners to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
All Giveaway materials are subject to verification and are void if (i) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (ii) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (iii) obtained where prohibited, or (iv) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors.
Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of Giveaway materials submitted to Sponsor.
If any portion of this Giveaway is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway.
Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including automated entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Promotional Entities.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotional Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any entrant, prize winner, or third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Giveaway, as well as any other claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity.
Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X or TikTok.
11. DISPUTES:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees:
(i) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal or state courts in California; (ii) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (iii) Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
All claims or disputes related to or involving these Official Rules and/or this Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

Select Stater Bros. locations are randomly chosen daily from May 25, 2026 through August 22, 2026, not all stores participate each day. On each giveaway day, a $500 in Stater Bros.
