Do I have to register an account?
Yes, you must have an account created at shop.staterbros.com in order to use your Digital Deals ID. Register Now!
I receive emails from Stater Bros., but I can't log in using my email address. Why?
It’s possible for you to receive emails from us without having an account on shop.staterbros.com. We recommend trying to request a password reset if you had an account or signing up for a new one.
Once I have registered, is my personal information secure?
We do not sell, trade or rent our customers’ personal information to outside companies or marketing firms. Read our privacy policy for more information.
I've already registered for a Shop account previously. How do I access my account?
Visit our Login Page and you will be able to sign in with the email and password combination you signed up with. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Pasword” to reset your account.
When I enter phone number it says it's already in use, What should I do?
Your phone number may have been used for another account at some point in the past. This could happen if you had a different account previously or if another user has created an account using your phone number. Please contact Customer Care to assist with this.
If I had a Digital Deals account previously, do I need to make a new Shop account.
No, your Digital Deals account was automatically converted into a Shop account. We recommend that you log in, to confirm that your account information is up to date.
If I don't create a Shop account, will I lose my Digital Deals?
Yes, if you don’t have an account on shop.staterbros.com. You will not be able to use your number at checkout.
How do I use Digital Deals™ Coupons?
No clipping required! Digital Deals™ coupons are automatically loaded into your Shop account through your phone number. Simply enter your phone number on the pin pad at check out and watch the discounts apply to your purchases.
How do I redeem Digital Deals™ Coupons?
Enter your phone number on the pin pad at check out in order to use Digital Deals™ Coupons at the time of purchase.
Digital Deals™ Coupons are deducted from a customer’s purchase prior to paper coupons or any other discounts. Digital Deals™ Coupons cannot be added back to your account or removed from the transaction once your phone number has been entered.
Can I use both a Digital Deals™ digital coupon and a manufacturer paper coupon for the same item?
No, you will not be able to redeem a Digital Deals™ digital coupon and a manufacturer paper coupon offer on the same item as per manufacturer guidelines. Please see the Stater Bros. Markets Coupon Policy for more information.
How will I know if my Digital Deals™ Coupons were deducted from my purchases?
At the register, you will be able to view the savings happening on the register screen. Once your transaction is complete, the savings will be displayed on your receipt.
Digital Deals™ Coupons cannot be applied to prior purchases, please ask the cashier to confirm your Digital Deals™ Coupons are being applied before completing your payment.
Can Digital Deals™ Coupons be used more than once?
Digital Deals™ Coupons can only be redeemed up to the limit noted for the specified item. These limits can be found on the Digital Deals™ Coupons website and/or in our weekly ad.
*Please note: the Digital Deals™ Coupons website will always display active Ready to Use Digital Deals™ Coupons. Once redeemed up to the specified limit they will no longer be available for use, however they will still appear on the website until the offer expires. To confirm whether you have already used a Ready to Use deal please contact us.
I forgot my Digital Deals ID, how do I find my number?
Your Digital Deals ID is connected to your phone number. To check which phone number your account is using. Please login to your account and view the “My Profile” screen in the top left.
I want to change my Digital Deals ID. How do I change it?
Your Digital Deals ID is connected to your phone number. To change your phone number, please login to your account and view the “My Profile” screen in the top left. Then change your phone number to the new one you want to use and click “Save Information”.
