San Bernardino, California (June 18, 2025) – Stater Bros. Markets is excited to announce the grand opening of its latest store in the city of Highland, CA. The supermarket has been newly constructed from the ground up and anchors the Greenspot Crossings shopping center developed by TREH Partners.
The new, modern store is located at 27920 Greenspot Road, Highland,CA., at the northeast corner of the 210 freeway and Greenspot Rd. It replaces another Highland location that had served the community for over 45 years. At just over 46,000 sq. ft., the new location is nearly double the size of the store it is replacing and will feature full-service meat, seafood, service deli and bakery departments, and a vast selection of fresh and healthy offerings, including the ever-popular fresh sushi and fresh cut fruit stations.

Beginning with its easily accessible location directly off the 210 freeway at the 5th St./ Greenspot Rd. exit, the store exhibits convenience. Once inside, shoppers who are pressed for time but unwilling to sacrifice quality will find the convenience theme continuing with ready-to-cook, pre-prepped items such as grilling meats and veggies, stuffed mushrooms, and cut-fresh fruit. People who want to eat well but don’t have much time can have their seafood purchases seasoned and steamed for free.
Those on a quest for delicious food experiences will delight in a one-stop multi-cultural food experience. Just a few of the items they will discover include savory cheesy breads with a variety of toppings, a burrito bar, and our famous fried chicken. After lunch, they can grab a refreshing seasonal boba. It’s their meat that made Stater Bros. famous, and meat lovers will be delighted when they see that U.S.D.A. Choice and Certified Angus Beef steaks, a selection of dry-aged beef, Hispanic sausages, and marinated chicken are available.
The grand opening will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 8 a.m. The Citrus Valley High School Band will provide live music entertainment. Demonstrating Stater Bros.’s commitment to the community, Stater Bros. Charities will donate a total of $30,000 to six local non-profit organizations. The organizations receiving donations will be the Highland District Council on Aging, Inc., Highland Head Start, Citrus Valley High School ASB, Loma Linda University Pediatric Clinic, American Legion Post 421 and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Council.
