Ingredients
- 3 cups Stater Bros. sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup key lime juice
- ½ cup Stater Bros. sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, mix condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Place pie crust on a baking sheet. Pour pie filling into pie crust.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. The filling will be wobbly but not browned.
- Place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, completely chill in the fridge before serving.
- Garnish as desired. You can’t go wrong with whipped cream.

Directions

- To serve, moisten the rim of a glass by dipping it in chamoy. Twist the rim of the glass in Tajín to coat.
- Swirl the inside of the glass with chamoy, pour in chamoyada, and drizzle the top with chamoy and Tajín.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Boneless Chuck Roast
- ¼ bottle Chef Merito Adobo para Birria Marinade
- Stater Bros. Vegetable Oil
- Stater Bros. 6” Corn Tortillas
- Stater Bros. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cilantro, chopped
- White Onion, diced
- Limes, cut into wedges
Directions
- Add chuck roast and marinade to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- When tender, shred beef.
- Heat a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Dip tortillas into juices from slow cooker and place on the pan.
- Add cheese, birria, onion and cilantro. Fold one end over to form a taco.
- Cook on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve with consommé (juices from slow cooker).
Jamaica Margarita
No summer pool party is complete without a Jamaica Margarita in hand. This twist on a classic cocktail blends the sweet, notes of hibiscus with a splash of citrus for a zesty finish. It’s perfect to keep you cool and refreshed.
Ingredients
Jamaica Concentrate:
- 1 cup dried Aramburo Jamaica-Hibiscus
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cup Stater Bros. Granulated Sugar
- Juice of 1 Lime
Margarita:
- 2 oz. Hornitos Plata Tequila
- ½ oz. Cointreau
- 2 oz. Jamaica Concentrate
- ½ oz. Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
- Juice of 1 Lime
Directions
- To make Jamaica concentrate, add dried Jamaica and sugar to the water and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add sugar and lime juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Strain liquid into a jar and cool.
- To make the margarita, add all the ingredients to a shaker or jar with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with a lime slice.
