Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb. bag Baby Gold Potatoes (or potatoes of your choice), cut into ½” cubes
  • Food Club Avocado Oil
  • 1 packet Full Circle Market Organic Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Ear of Corn
  • Stater Bros. Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • Food Club Sour Cream
  • Guacamole from our produce department’s fresh cut station
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Add cubed potatoes to a baking pan and drizzle with avocado oil. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the potatoes and mix to coat evenly.
  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, roast the corn and cut it off the cob.
  5. Assemble your bowl by adding the roasted potatoes and garnishing with shredded cheese, sour cream, roasted corn, and guacamole.
  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Cleo & Leo Tortilla Chips
  • Cleo & Leo Rotisserie Chicken
  • Stater Bros. Black Beans
  • Stater Bros. Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Stater Bros. Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • Stater Bros. Freshly Made Guacamole
  • Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  1. Spread tortilla chips on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  2. Add shredded rotisserie chicken and drained beans.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  4. Top with additional toppings such as guacamole, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.

One Pot 30 Minute Cacio e Pepe Orzo

One pot, 30-minute cacio e pepe orzo is a warm and comforting meal your kids will love after a long day at school. Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, it’s an easy weeknight dinner that comes together fast and keeps everyone at the table happy.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. box Barilla Orzo
  • 1 tbsp. Full Circle Market Organic Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Stater Bros. Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 3 to 4 cups Food Club Chicken Stock
  • ¼ cup Stater Bros. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish
  1. Begin by finely grating fresh parmesan. Set aside.
  2. Using a mortar and pestle, grind up the peppercorns until they reach a fine consistency. Set aside 2 teaspoons of the freshly ground pepper.
  3. To a large pan, add your ground peppercorns and set to medium heat. Toast your peppercorns for 45 seconds, mixing often.
  4. Add your butter and combine the pepper with the butter.
    Add your uncooked orzo, and lightly toast for 1-2 minutes on medium/high heat.
  5. Add one cup of chicken stock, mix to combine, and let it lightly simmer until 90% of the stock has been absorbed.
  6. Add the second cup of stock, let simmer for a couple minutes until 90% of the stock has been absorbed and then add your last cup of stock.
  7. Continue to simmer until the stock is absorbed and the orzo is fully cooked.
  8. Turn the heat to low, add your heavy cream and cheese. Mix until cheese is thoroughly melted.
  9. Serve topped with additional parmesan and parsley.
