3 New Year’s Sparkling Wine Cocktails

Caramel apple cider mimosas, winter berry sparkers, and lemon drop spritzes will have everyone cheering when the clock strikes midnight.

Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas

Sweet flavors of caramel, spiced cinnamon sugar, and crisp apple cider are the perfect companion to sparkling wine. Make sure to thinly slice your honeycrisp apples so you can easily perch them on the champagne flute’s rim.

Ingredients

  • La Marca Prosecco
  • Vanilla or Cream Flavored Vodka
  • Pressed Apple Cider
  • Litehouse Caramel Dip
  • Stater Bros. Markets Granulated Sugar
  • Full Circle Market Ground Cinnamon
  • Thin Sliced Honeycrisp Apple Wedges

Directions

In a shallow bowl combine 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon with 1 Tbsp. sugar and mix well. Prepare your champagne flute by dipping the top of the glass into the caramel dip covering the rim completely, and then immediately dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture. To the champagne flute add 1 ounce of vanilla vodka, fill halfway with apple cider, and top off with prosecco. Garnish with an apple slice wedge.

Mimosas are meant to be shared, for quick and easy serving prepare a pitcher by combining equal parts of apple cider and La Marca Prosecco with a few shots of vanilla vodka. Serve into caramel and cinnamon sugar rimmed champagne flutes.

Winter Berry Sparkler

This festive sparkler is almost as fun to drink as it is to watch the berries fizzle at the bottom. Cranberry juice and berry flavored vodka lend their magical flavors when combined with La Marca Prosecco. Serve with a raspberry spear for the best presentation.

  • Fresh Raspberries

Directions

To a champagne flute add 1 ounce of berry flavored vodka and fill halfway with cranberry juice cocktail. Top off with prosecco and garnish with a three-raspberry skewer and let it sink to the bottom. The bubbles will fizzle with the berries for a specular looking drink!

Lemon Drop Spritz

Lemon juice, lemon-flavored vodka, simple syrup, and La Marca Prosecco make this festive New Year’s cocktail. And when the clock is just about to strike midnight gather everyone to toast to the New Year!

  • La Marca Prosecco
  • Lemon Flavored Vodka
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Zest for Garnish
  • Simple Syrup

  • Ice

Directions

Prepare your champagne flute by rimming the edge with a lemon slice followed by Stater Bros. Markets granulated sugar. To a cocktail shaker add a handful of ice, 1 ounce of lemon vodka, 1/2 an ounce of simple syrup, juice of half a lemon and shake. Double strain into the champagne flute and fill to the top with La Marca Prosecco sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon zest spiral and celebrate the New Year!
