Caramel Apple Cider Mimosas

Sweet flavors of caramel, spiced cinnamon sugar, and crisp apple cider are the perfect companion to sparkling wine. Make sure to thinly slice your honeycrisp apples so you can easily perch them on the champagne flute’s rim.

  • La Marca Prosecco
  • Vanilla or Cream Flavored Vodka
  • Pressed Apple Cider
  • Litehouse Caramel Dip
  • Stater Bros. Markets Granulated Sugar
  • Full Circle Market Ground Cinnamon
  • Thin Sliced Honeycrisp Apple Wedges

In a shallow bowl combine 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon with 1 Tbsp. sugar and mix well. Prepare your champagne flute by dipping the top of the glass into the caramel dip covering the rim completely, and then immediately dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture. To the champagne flute add 1 ounce of vanilla vodka, fill halfway with apple cider, and top off with prosecco. Garnish with an apple slice wedge.

Mimosas are meant to be shared, for quick and easy serving prepare a pitcher by combining equal parts of apple cider and La Marca Prosecco with a few shots of vanilla vodka. Serve into caramel and cinnamon sugar rimmed champagne flutes.

Winter Berry Sparkler

This festive sparkler is almost as fun to drink as it is to watch the berries fizzle at the bottom. Cranberry juice and berry flavored vodka lend their magical flavors when combined with La Marca Prosecco. Serve with a raspberry spear for the best presentation.
