Agreement Forms

Retail Management Certificate (RMC) Course Agreement

Terms of Agreement
  • Once enrolled, submit RMC Course Agreement for tuition via paycheck.
  • Tuition from your paycheck will pay for your enrolled course.
  • Complete 8 qualifying classes to earn Retail Management Certificate.
  • Course must be passed with a grade of “C-” or better.
  • I must provide documentation showing course passing grade to education@staterbros.com within two months from the end of the course (No exceptions are allowed).
  • I will remain employed with Stater Bros. Markets for the duration of this course.
  • I agree to sign a Promissory Note to repay Stater Bros. Markets for course tuition in full, via automatic deduction from my Stater Bros. Markets payroll check if all of the above conditions are not met.
  • California Grocers Association reimbursement for course book must be completed online at Tuition Reimbursement - CGA Educational Foundation and processed within 60 days from the last day of class.

Associate Degree Course Agreement

Terms of Agreement
  • I have completed my Retail Management Certificate.
  • I have received an education plan from an academic counselor at an approved college and submitted it to education@staterbros.com for approval.
  • Once enrolled, submit AA Course Agreement for tuition via paycheck.
  • Tuition from your paycheck will pay for your enrolled course.
  • The course selected Must be listed on the approved education plan.
  • Course must be passed with a grade of “C-” or better.
  • I will remain employed with Stater Bros. Markets for the duration of this course.
  • I must provide documentation showing passing grade of course to education@staterbros.com within two months from the end of the course (No exceptions are allowed).
  • I understand and agree to sign a Promissory Note to repay Stater Bros. Markets for course tuition in full, via automatic deduction from my Stater Bros. Markets payroll check if all of the above conditions are not met.

Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Course Agreement

  • Once enrolled, submit HVAC/R Course Agreement for tuition via paycheck.
  • Tuition from your paycheck will pay for your enrolled course.
  • I understand that course must be part of the HVAC/R Certificate Program.
  • Course must be passed with a grade of “C-” or better.
  • I must provide documentation showing course passing grade to education@staterbros.com within two months from the end of the course (No exceptions are allowed).
  • I will remain employed with Stater Bros. Markets for the duration of this course.
