  1. Set your Instant Pot to the “Sauté” setting, then add the olive oil, onions, carrots, peas, and celery 
  2. Sauté for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring to avoid burning 
  3. Next, season with salt and pepper 
  4. Then, add the minced garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables have softened 
  5. Turn your Instant Pot to the “Stew” setting, and add the veggie broth, water, thyme, and paprika 
  6. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn until it locks
  7. Cook for thirty minutes, then turn to release the steam 
  8. Once all of the steam is out, remove the lid and stir the soup
  9. Pour the soup into a blender to combine the ingredients, then pour into the serving bowls
  10. Garnish with slices of ham and serve warm with dinner rolls!
