Heating Instructions

The holiday dinners require 2-3 hours of heating time in order to eat.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Remove turkey from wrapper.
  3. DO NOT stuff.
  4. Place turkey, breast side up, on flat roasting rack in 2” open roasting pan.
  5. DO NOT add water to pan.
  6. Brush or spray skin with vegetable oil.
  7. Roast approximately 10 minutes per lb, or until 165°F is reached for 15 seconds when meat thermometer is inserted into the thickest part of the breast.
  8. Place on platter.
  9. Carve and serve!
  1. Remove ham from package and discard all packaging materials.
  2. Place the largest cut surface of the ham face down in a large baking pan or roaster with 2–3-inch sides.
  3. Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
  4. Cover pan securely with foil or a tight-fitting roaster lid.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes per pound or until ham is warm.
  6. FOR OPTIMUM TENDERNESS, DO NOT OVERCOOK! The optimum serving temperature for ham is 140°F.

TO GLAZE HAM:

  1. Turn oven temperature to 425°F.
  2. Mix contents of glaze packet with 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of water.
  3. Remove ham from oven and carefully drain or spoon any excess ham juices/drippings from the pan.
  4. Spoon prepared glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham.
  5. Place ham in oven and heat for 5-10 minutes or until glaze is set.
  6. Slice ham, serve and enjoy!
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Remove prime rib from bag.
  3. Place in shallow baking pan.
  4. Heat covered with aluminum foil, approximately 15 minutes per pound.
  5. To keep roast rare, remove from oven when internal temperature in 85-90°F.
  6. For medium, remove from oven when internal temperature is 90-100°F.
  7. Slice into individual portions and serve.

Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Homestyle Gravy, and Cranberry Sauce.

Please Note: Mashed Potatoes may be watery until fully heated. Stir often during heating process.
