Try this fresh and delicious Vine-ripe Roma Tomatoes Salsa Recipe

- 3 Oceanside Pole vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir & serve.
