Our Return Policy
Stater Bros. Markets will accept returns for most items (*) purchased at any of our store locations within 30 days from date of purchase. Please retain the copy of your receipt for all refunds.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the payment. Example, if a purchase was made via Credit Card, will be refunded to the credit card that was used. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Returns without a receipt valued at $10 or more will receive a Stater Bros. Markets store credit. If the return is below $10.00 the refund will be processed based on payment.
Example: If the purchase was made with a debit card or cash, a cash refund will be offered. All credit card refunds will be applied to the credit card used.
EBT/SNAP purchases will be eligible for exchange only.
WIC Purchases are not eligble for return per the guidelines from the issuing agency, however; the item can be exchanged for the exact same item.
Customers are required to have a receipt to return or exchange. If the formula was purchased using WIC, it cannot be returned due to USDA regulation, however; we can offer an exchange for the exact same item.
With gift card sales, all sales are final.
Alcohol refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
