  1. Stater Bros. Markets sends you SMS message alerts to notify you about details regarding your online order placed on

  2. You will receive an SMS message for every order created and subsequent messages for pickup instructions. You may receive SMS messages from a store employee (that is shopping for your order) to contact you for any issues they may have while fulfilling your order.

  3. When you opt-in for this SMS service by checking the box that says “Yes, message me about my order”, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your order and you certify that you are the account owner (or have the account’s owner permission to opt-in) and that you are age 18 or older.

  4. Message frequency may vary.

  5. There is no charge from Stater Bros. Markets for this service. However, your service provider’s message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  6. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send a SMS message “STOP” to Stater Bros. Markets, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Stater Bros. Markets regarding that order. If you wish to receive SMS messages again, check the box that says “Yes, message me about my order” the next time you check out with us.

  8. Stater Bros. Markets is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
